How You Opt In

By providing your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box, you agree to receive SMS messages from CosignMD including: authentication / magic-link login codes, alerts when patients or staff leave voicemails or send SMS to your CosignMD office line, billing summary notifications, prescription transmission status, account-security notifications, and STAT urgent-care alerts.

The consent checkbox is unchecked by default. You must affirmatively check it to receive SMS messages. Consent is collected at onboarding and whenever you add or update your mobile number in Settings.

What Messages You May Receive

SMS is not used by CosignMD for marketing or promotional content.

Data Sharing

CosignMD does not share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties for marketing purposes. Information is only shared with subprocessors required to deliver SMS (e.g., Twilio).
