How You Opt In
By providing your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box, you agree to receive SMS messages from CosignMD including: authentication / magic-link login codes, alerts when patients or staff leave voicemails or send SMS to your CosignMD office line, billing summary notifications, prescription transmission status, account-security notifications, and STAT urgent-care alerts.
The consent checkbox is unchecked by default. You must affirmatively check it to receive SMS messages. Consent is collected at onboarding and whenever you add or update your mobile number in Settings.

What Messages You May Receive
- Authentication / magic-link login codes — one-time codes to verify your identity at sign-in.
- Patient and staff communication alerts — when patients or staff leave voicemails or send SMS to your CosignMD office line.
- Billing summary notifications — daily biller summary links and related confirmations.
- Prescription transmission status — confirmation when a prescription fax is sent.
- Account-security notifications — subscription, payment, and session alerts.
- STAT urgent-care alerts — time-sensitive inbound communications flagged by AI triage.
SMS is not used by CosignMD for marketing or promotional content.
